Things You Can Do Right Now To Make You Happy

Sometimes we all need a little boost in happiness, I definitely get this every now and again and usually I just need a little push in the right direction to keep me going and to cheer me right back up again! I actually have something super exciting planned this Friday (I wrote all about it already if you want to go and find out what exciting things I got up to!) and it made me realise that just something small like making plans is enough to put me in a such a good mood! Actually. there are so many little things that you do right now to cheer yourself up and put yourself in a good mood.. and most of them you don't even need to move from your comfy spot on the sofa - sounds good to me, haha! So hopefully this little list will help some of you out there who need a little boost, also feel free to share your own little happy things in the comments below, I'd love to hear your ideas too! 

Exercise -  just 7 minutes is enough! 
Blast your favourite song 
Get outside
Go for a walk
Leave someone a love note! 
Watch your favourite chick flick
Surround yourself with happy people
Spend money! 
Message an old friend
Make plans for something exciting
Treat yourself
Get stuck in a good book
Have some me-time and pamper yourself
Soak in the bath! 
Get yourself a hot drink
Think positive
Stop comparing yourself to others
Compliment yourself
Compliment others! 
Do a good deed
Help a friend
Buy some fresh flowers
Indulge in something really chocolate-y.. you deserve it!
Change your posture - sit up straight! 
Just smile!
